LMS Implementation Engineer

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Learning Management System (LMS) experts are being sought to join an experienced Software Engineering Team that is responsible for the design, development, deployment and sustainment of multiple software applications and systems.

Candidate will support the cloud migration of an existing LMS as well as aid with design, implementation and deployment within an AWS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance for team of developers and engineers implementing overall LMS
• Aid with the design and implementation of SCORM based LMS architectures
• Work with government/contractor team to optimize solution based on government requirements

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Canvas and Open Canvas based LMS
• Experience with Rustici Engine and/or Dispatch
• Experience supporting and implementing SCORM based LMS deployments

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: NA

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• BS degree in a technical degree and 8+ years of experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee will likely be placed in an office. The work environment characteristics are representative of those of an employee encounter while performing essential functions of the job in a typical office/workstation situation. Able to work sitting or standing at desk and operate a computer via standard input devices such as using a keyboard and reading information on a monitor.

Work location may be a combination of remote and in-office.
